Annual Subscription – Adult and Youth members

As referred to in my President’s letter, we rely on the annual subscriptions (subs) from club members as a critical part of our income. This subs income was significantly reduced last year and I now want to ensure that all members are fully paid up for the 2021/22 season.

Our subscription rates remain unchanged again for this incoming season and when benchmarked against other clubs they are considered to be good value.

This year we have introduced a payment app (teamfeepay.com) which will make it easier to complete payment and will also provide contact details updates for the membership database. The link to the platform is – https://app.teamfeepay.com/s/0t5Tadb

You will be prompted to register on first use and you will need to have your chosen payment card available to do this. If for some reason you are unable to register you can contact Norman McKenzie on 07785 739956 and he can do this for you. The online platform is the preferred method of payment however if necessary, subs can be paid by electronic transfer to the club membership account – Sort code 95-01-34; Account No. 63842517 including your name plus ‘subs’ at the “message to beneficiary” section.  Rates for the 2021/22 season are as follows:

* The total cost of this option includes additional bank fees.

Important – If you currently have a Standing Order in existence for paying your subscription, you will need to cancel it with your bank when you change to the teamfeepay online platform.

Friends of Cooke

Cooke RFC is acknowledged as having one of the best rugby complexes in Ireland.  As well as running successful adult men’s, women’s, youth and mini sections, we wish to maintain the grounds and clubhouse facilities to the highest standards for the enjoyment of members and our guests.  

A number of years ago we introduced the “Friends of Cooke” initiative to raise additional funds and to keep the club financially secure.  As always, members rallied to the call and we are grateful for the positive response which has contributed greatly towards club running costs. 

I would again appeal for your support as we seek to extend the Friends of Cooke membership for the 2021-22 season. The annual cost remains at £250 and includes the following benefits: – 

(i)    Annual Cooke RFC sub

(ii)   A chance to win one of 16 cash prizes with a number in the “500 Club” draw

(iii)  Complimentary Friends of Cooke sponsored pre match lunch

(iv)  Priority access to International tickets (2 max, subject to availability)

(v)   Acknowledgement on the “Friends of Cooke” display board in the foyer.
