Cooke RFC is an all inclusive club open to players of all abilities and ages. Below is a list of the training times and contact details for each of the different sections and teams within the club. If you're playing days are behind you and you are interested in becoming a coach, learning more or helping out a specific team within the club on a voluntary basis please contact the appropriate coach below.

If you would simply like to offer your services for any other non-playing related voluntary duties around the club please do get in touch with one of our members below.

Coming down to support the team on a Saturday? Why not make a day of it! We always welcome new faces to our pre-match lunches, the more merrier, book a single seat or take a full table and entertain some friends for the day. We host a lunch for every home 1st XV match.
