Cooke RFC is delighted to launch a new project to introduce females aged 18+ to rugby. Over the 7 week course, players will learn and develop the skills to needed for Rugby Sevens, and will have the chance to compete at the Midland Midnight 7s Competition on 28 & 29 July.
The course is specifically designed for beginners, but is open to everyone and costs just £10 per person. More info available on the EventBrite website below, or by emailing cookewomenrfc@gmail.com
