Welcome to Cooke Rugby Football Club, located in South Belfast at the fantastic Shaw's Bridge Sports Association complex. Established in 1910 we are one the longest established rugby clubs in the province. Cooke RFC includes senior male and female sections as well as youth and mini rugby teams for boys and girls of all ages. Links to each section are included below. We coach girl’s youth rugby from U12 to U18, attracting players from across many communities and schools. For the latest information regarding girl’s youth rugby from U12-U18 age groups, please check the Cooke RFC Women’s Facebook page by following the link in the section above.

We coach boy’s youth rugby from U12 to U18, attracting players from across many communities and schools. We have a very enthusiastic team of coaches led by Noel Brown.

The Cooke RFC mini rugby section is amongst the best known in Ulster and one of the most popular in Belfast. It caters for boys and girls from P1 to P7, coming from all communities and from a broad range of primary schools. Many of the mini players continue playing in our successful Cooke RFC youth rugby sections.
